Ahsan Manzil located
on the banks of the river Buriganga in Old Dhaka. It was formerly the royal palace
in the capital. It
is currently being used as a museum. Nawab Abdul Ghani's founder. He named
his son after the ahsanullah. 1859
to 1872 Year of the building. The
meeting, held here in 1906, one of the Muslim League is decided. It is foundation time 1872. Ahsan Manzil has been
renovated several times. The last had been recently
renovated. It is now a museum.

His father Khwaja Abdul Gani Mir resident in 1835 begamabajare Alimullah purchased it settled. The new palace was built in 1872 by Nawab Abdul Ghani. The new building was named after his favorite son Khawaja Ahsan Ullah Ahsan Manzil. In 1897, an earthquake rocked the capital on June 1 Ahsan Manzil is extensive damage. Ahsan Manzil, Islampur Road, adjacent to the southern balcony nahabata temple collapsed completely. Subsequently, the Nawab ahsanullah reconstructed.
